1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, verifying your phone number, or using any feature of BeThere, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use BeThere.

2. Account Registration and Verification

• Users must create an account using a valid mobile phone number.
• Verification codes will be sent via SMS to confirm identity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Account Deletion

• Users may request deletion of their account directly from within the BeThere application.
• Once a deletion request is submitted, all associated personal data and event information will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

4. Event Creation and Management

• Organizers may create, edit, and share events with guests using BeThere.
• You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the event information you post.
• Events must comply with UAE laws and public decency standards.
• Inlogic reserves the right to remove or suspend any event that violates these standards or appears fraudulent.

5. Guest Invitations and Data

• Organizers may invite guests by sharing event links or via phone number.
• Guests' personal data (e.g., names and contact details) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Organizers must ensure they have obtained consent from their guests before sharing invitations.

6. Top-Up and Online Payments

• BeThere offers wallet top-up or credit balance features for paid event functions or premium services.
• Payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateway.
• All top-ups are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to access paid features.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Once a top-up or event-related payment is processed, no refund will be issued unless due to a verified technical error.
• Inlogic is not responsible for organizer-to-guest payment disputes unless BeThere directly processed the transaction.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use BeThere for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload or share false, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Attempt to bypass verification or payment systems.
• Collect or misuse other users' data without consent.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, and platform content are the property of Inlogic IT Solutions LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute BeThere's materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

BeThere is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Inlogic IT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from event misuse, payment failure, or technical errors.
• Third-party service interruptions (SMS, payment gateways, or hosting).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate any account or event that violates these Terms or applicable laws, with or without prior notice.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process user data (including phone numbers and payment info) strictly for service delivery and verification.
• Users can request full data deletion by submitting a deletion request through the app.

13. Modifications

• Inlogic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of BeThere after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
